Cavaliers' Kevin Love: Grabs season-high 16 boards in win

Love recorded 14 points (4-12 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 6-9 FT), 16 rebounds, one assist and one steal across 34 minutes in Friday's 105-94 win over the Wizards.

Analysis:

Love failed to connect on a three-pointer for the second straight contest and posted his worst shooting mark from the field of the season, but his season-high rebound total helped make up for it to some degree. After drawing criticism from many corners in his first two seasons with the Cavaliers, Love is enjoying his best year in Cleveland through the first eight games, averaging 21.0 points, 9.9 rebounds, 1.4 treys, 1.1 assists and 1.1 steals in 33.3 minutes per game.
