Rockets' Corey Brewer: Will start until Beverley returns

Brewer will start Saturday and will continue to hold a starting position until Patrick Beverley (knee) returns, Calvin Watkins of ESPN.com reports.

Analysis:

Brewer has started at small forward in place of Eric Gordon for the last two games, and although Gordon still receives more playing time than Brewer coming off the bench, coach Mike D'Antoni will stick to his plan until Beverley is healthy again. The veteran totaled a combined four points, two assists, and five rebounds over his past two starts with 30 minutes. Replacing Brewer with Gordon in the starting lineup hasn't affected either of their playing production or time on the floor, so the fantasy value of either player shouldn't be disrupted with this move.
