Spurs' Tony Parker: Will return to play this weekend

Parker (knee) will return to play either Friday against the Pistons or Saturday against the Rockets, Jonathan Feigen of The Houston Chronicle reports.

Analysis:

Parker is being held out of Wednesday's contest as he continues to nurse soreness in his right knee, but he shouldn't be out for much longer with a back-to-back approaching this weekend for San Antonio. What games Parker will actually play is still up in the air, but the team fully expects to have their starting point guard back shortly.
