Nuggets' Darrell Arthur: Ruled out Tuesday

Arthur (knee) has been ruled out of Tuesday's game against the Grizzlies, Chris Dempsey of The Denver Post reports.

Analysis:

Arthur was held out of the first few games of the season while battling soreness in his left knee following arthroscopic surgery, so that's likely the reason why he's being held out Tuesday. After Arthur appeared in the Nuggets' preceding two games, coach Michael Malone didn't hand the forward any minutes in Sunday's win over the Celtics, despite the fact that Denver was leading comfortably at various points in the contest. It's unclear if he's suffered a serious setback with the knee or if his absence Tuesday is more for maintenance purpose, but since he won't typically play a large role off the bench anyway, fantasy owners need not pay much attention to his health.
