Celtics' Jonas Jerebko: bench role remains unchanged despite injuries

Jerebko finished with seven points (3-6 FG, 1-2 3Pt), three rebounds, one steal and one block across 18 minutes in Sunday's 123-107 loss to the Nuggets.

Analysis:

The seven points were actually a season high for Jerebko, who hasn't benefited much from Kelly Olynyk (shoulder) sitting out the team's first six games, nor Al Horford (concussion) and Jae Crowder (ankle) missing multiple contests. Instead, Tyler Zeller and Jaylen Brown have absorbed most of the workloads of Horford and Crowder, respectively, leaving Jerebko to pick up the remains scraps of playing time off the bench. Jerebko is averaging just 4.7 points and 2.3 rebounds in 16.8 minutes per contest.
