Lakers' Mozgov will play vs. Warriors

Los Angeles Lakers center Timofey Mozgov will start in Friday night's matchup versus the Golden State Warriors, the team announced.

Mozgov sustained an eye contusion against the Indiana Pacers on Tuesday, and was forced to miss the following game versus the Atlanta Hawks.

The 7-foot-1 center is averaging 8.5 points on 53.8 percent shooting with six rebounds and 0.8 blocks in four games.

The 30-year-old was signed by Los Angeles in the summer, agreeing to a four-year, $64-million deal with the purple and gold.
