Suns' Eric Bledsoe: Hits buzzer-beating three-pointer to sink Blazers

Bledsoe tallied 20 points (7-20 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 5-5 FT), seven rebounds, four assists and one steal across 40 minutes in Wednesday's 118-115 overtime win over the Trail Blazers.

Analysis:

Bledsoe's only three-pointer of the night was a monumental one, as it beat the overtime buzzer to send the Suns to their first victory of the season. The point guard hasn't been limited at all in his return from a torn meniscus that ended his 2015-16 campaign prematurely, as he's suited up in all five of the team's games and is averaging 35.0 minutes per contest, which would be a career high. However, his numbers are down in most categories compared to last season with the exception of rebounds, where Bledsoe's 6.2 boards per game make him an elite asset in that department compared to most starting point guards.
