Suns' Leandro Barbosa: Back in rotation

Barbosa scored nine points (4-5 FG, 1-2 3Pt) and added three rebounds, one assist and one steal across 13 minutes in Monday's 116-98 loss to the Clippers.

Analysis:

After coach Earl Watson was displeased with Barbosa's effort in last week's season opener against the Kings, the veteran was dropped from the rotation for one game, but has since settled back into a spot on the second unit over the past two contests. Both Barbosa and Tyler Ulis (18 minutes) saw plenty of run Monday with Devin Booker's (toe) absence limiting the team's depth at guard, but when the backcourt is at full health, it looks like Ulis could be at risk of losing a rotation spot.
