Wizards' John Wall: Struggles in opener
Wall scored 12 points (3-15 FG, 6-7 FT) and added 10 assists, four steals, three rebounds and one block across 30 minutes during Thursday's 114-99 loss to Hawks.
Analysis:
The high assist and steal totals certainly were helpful for fantasy owners, but Wall's 20 percent mark from the field was a tougher pill to swallow. Wall carries more risk as a fantasy commodity heading into this season following a pair of offseason knee surgeries, but with his health on solid ground for now, he still shapes up as an elite player at his position.
