The Chicago Bulls aren't expected to have the most open, flowing offense this season, but some pretty ball movement - Rajon Rondo to Dwyane Wade, to Nikola Mirotic, back to Wade, and then to Cristiano Felicio - was friendly on the eyes Thursday night.
