Raptors' Pascal Siakam: Pulls down nine boards in NBA debut

Siakam started at power forward and scored four points (2-2 FG) to go with nine rebounds and a steal across 22 minutes during Wednesday's 109-91 win over the Pistons.

Analysis:

Siakam split minutes almost equally at power forward with Patrick Patterson, and didn't look much like a rookie in his NBA debut, showing tremendous energy and athleticism. His offensive game is still extremely raw, so his primary contributions will come on the glass for now, and there will almost certainly be growing pains down the road.
