76ers' Robert Covington: In the starting lineup Wednesday

Covington (ankle) is in the starting lineup for Wednesday's season opener against the Thunder, Derek Bodner of the Philadelphia Magazine reports.

Analysis:

Earlier in the week, Covington said he expected to play, so it comes as little surprise he's listed in the starting lineup Wednesday. Covington should be cleared for his full allotment of minutes, which should be right around his average of 28.4 minutes that he saw a season ago. He'll be joined in the starting lineup by Sergio Rodriguez, Gerald Henderson, Dario Saric and Joel Embiid.
