Pacers' Aaron Brooks: Available for opener
Brooks (knee) will be available for Wednesday's season opener against the Mavericks, Nate Taylor of the Indy Star reports.
Analysis:
As expected, the veteran will be in uniform Wednesday after he returned to practice in full capacity earlier in the week. Brooks will work as the primary backup to entrenched starter Jeff Teague at point guard, a role that's not likely to yield an abundance of minutes most nights.
