Pacers' Aaron Brooks: Practices fully for second straight day

Brooks (knee) was able to take part in a full practice Monday for the second straight day, Scott Agness of Vigilant Sports reports.

Analysis:

Brooks, the Pacers' backup point guard, seems to be trending toward availability for Wednesday's season opener against the Mavericks, but he may only be asked to play limited minutes in that contest. Agness characterized Brooks as "a ways away" from being where he needs to be in his recovery from the right knee issue, so it wouldn't be shocking if the Pacers ultimately opted to hold him out Wednesday.
