Timberwolves' Andrew Wiggins: Slated to play Wednesday
Wiggins (illness) deemed himself "good to go" for Wednesday's regular season opener against the Grizzlies, Jerry Zgoda of the Minnesota Star Tribune reports.
Analysis:
Wiggins had an allergic reaction late last week that caused some excessive swelling to his face. The swelling has reportedly gone down enough where Wiggins thinks he'll play Wednesday, so barring any late changes, it appears he'll be cleared for a return to action.
