Lakers' Luol Deng: Sits out for rest Wednesday

Analysis:
The Lakers will have one more preseason tune-up Friday against the Suns, so look for Deng to be available for that outing after getting the night off Wednesday. With Deng on the sideline, the Lakers will elevate Nick Young into the starting five at small forward.
