Knicks' Derrick Rose: Could be available Wednesday

Rose (personal) could rejoin the Knicks in time for Wednesday's preseason game against the Celtics, Stefan Bondy of the New York Daily News reports.

Analysis:

Rose's civil trial in Los Angeles still remains ongoing, but the presiding judge indicated that he hopes to reach a resolution by Tuesday. The point guard has been working out on his own while he's been away from the team, but once Rose rejoins the Knicks, coach Jeff Hornacek said that he may need time to regain conditioning. With that in mind, it's not a lock that Rose will suit up in either of the team's remaining exhibition contests, even if his trial concludes as soon as anticipated.
