Thunder's Enes Kanter: Participates in shootaround Sunday

Kanter (knee) participated in Sunday's shootaround, but remains questionable for the Thunder's preseason matchup with Timberwolves, Erik Horne of The Oklahoman reports.

Analysis:

Kanter was held out of the Thunder's previous game Thursday against the Grizzlies due to a sore knee, but his absence was believed to be mostly precautionary in nature. That still seems to be the case, as his participation in shootaround suggests that he's at least reasonably healthy and should be cleared to play later in the evening. Kanter has often been a standout performer when he receives a full minutes load, but that may not be in the cards Sunday, as Steven Adams (ankle) also took part in shootaround and looks like he'll be in line to play.
