Kings' Arron Afflalo: Sitting out Saturday's game

Afflalo is sitting out Saturday's preseason game against the Wizards for rest purposes, Jason Jones of the Sacramento Bee reports.

Analysis:

Afflalo is getting the night off simply to keep himself fresh for the start of the regular season while also giving some of the Kings' lesser-established players an opportunity to showcase themselves. Look for Afflalo to return to action Tuesday against the Clippers.
