Warriors' Draymond Green: Resting on Saturday

Green will sit out Saturday's preseason matchup with the Lakers for rest purposes, Monte Poole of CSN Bay Area reports.

Analysis:

The Warriors are playing the second half of a back-to-back set, so Green will take a breather after receiving 24 minutes in Friday's win over the Nuggets. Though Kevin Durant has seemed to integrate seamlessly into the Warriors' system, it appears to have come at the detriment of Green, whose production has been much more muted in the preseason. Green has yet to record more than nine points or five assists in any of his four contests.
