Pacers' Paul George: Goes through full practice Thursday

George (illness) was a full participant in practice Thursday and expects to play in Friday's preseason matchup with the Magic, Nate Taylor of the Indianapolis Star reports.

Analysis:

George has dealt with an illness over the past few days and was unable to take the court against the Bucks on Wednesday. However, he's noticed improvement of late and wasn't restricted during Thursday's practice, so it looks like he's on course to return to game action. George's return Friday would force Glenn Robinson back into a bench role.
