Pistons' Jon Leuer: Will draw the start Thursday

Leuer will enter the starting lineup at power forward for Thursday's preseason game against the Hawks, Keith Langlois of Pistons.com reports.

Analysis:

The Pistons will hold out starters Marcus Morris (knee) and Andre Drummond (illness), giving Leuer and Aron Baynes an opportunity to play on the top unit. Leuer is coming off a solid showing against the Spurs on Monday, posting 14 points (6-13 FG, 2-4 3Pt), five rebounds and five assists over 29 minutes. He appears to be in line for extended action again Thursday.
