Melo unimpressed with SLAM ranking

SLAM has been rolling out its list of the top 50 NBA players, and on Wednesday, it tabbed Carmelo Anthony at No. 15.
Apparently disagreeing with that ranking, the New York Knicks star replied to SLAM's Instagram photo, writing: "don't play yaself."

The next day, Melo told ESPN's Ian Begley that although he found the ranking "disrespectful," he's not "upset" over it.
Anthony averaged 22.4 points, 7.9 rebounds, and 4.3 assists last season, and is looking to lead the Knicks to the playoffs for the first time in four years.
