Grizzlies' Mike Conley: Questionable for Tuesday's game

Conley (hip) is listed as questionable for Tuesday's preseason tilt with the 76ers, Brian Seltzer of Sixers.com reports.

Analysis:

Conley has been dealing with hip tightness for a little less than a week, but was able to get in some practice time over the past weekend. While the star point guard could probably play through the injury if it were the regular season, the Grizzlies may not want to risk the chance of him aggravating his hip further during a fairly meaningless exhibition. Look for a final decision on Conley's status to be made before tip off, with rookie Wade Baldwin waiting in the wings to start if the veteran is ruled out.
