Bulls' Dwyane Wade: Hits three treys in preseason victory

Wade recorded a team-high 22 points (8-14 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 3-3 FT), eight assists and one rebound across 27 minutes in Saturday's 121-105 preseason win over the Pacers.

Analysis:

Wade has been an albatross from three-point range throughout his career, but his early returns from preseason play are encouraging, as he's hit 5-of-7 attempts from downtown. It's tough to count on the 34-year-old to suddenly develop a new skill this late in his career, but the Bulls will certainly benefit from Wade improving his shooting range even a little bit, as the starting backcourt already contains a pair of mediocre-at-best three-point shooters in Jimmy Butler and Rajon Rondo. Wade saw more time with the ball in his hands Saturday with Rondo sitting out, but he'll likely see his 2015-16 production take an all-around hit while he concedes more usage to Butler and Rondo.
