Clippers' Blake Griffin: Productive in preseason debut

Griffin managed six points (3-7 FG, 0-1 3Pt), six rebounds, an assist and a steal over 18 minutes in Tuesday's 120-75 preseason loss to the Warriors.

Analysis:

Griffin and the rest of the starting five received modest playing time in the blowout loss, but he tallied the second-most minutes on the first unit. The 27-year-old will look to rebound from an injury-marred 2015-16 campaign in which he played a career-low 35 games and will have the benefit of entering the new season fully recovered from the quad injury that limited him in the past.
