Rockets' Ryan Anderson: Scorches nets in win over Knicks

Anderson poured in 26 points (8-16 FG, 7-13 3Pt, 3-4 FT) to go with seven rebounds across 29 minutes in Tuesday's 130-103 preseason win over the Knicks.

Analysis:

Anderson did most of his damage in the first half and showed why he projects as a strong fit in new coach Mike D'Antoni's uptempo offense. The power forward has his deficiencies on the defensive end, but he'll be in line for significant minutes this season and could rank among the league leaders in three-point makes and attempts.
