Knicks' Kyle O'Quinn: Gets the start Tuesday

O'Quinn is in the starting lineup for Tuesday's preseason game against the Rockets, Al Iannazzone of Newsday reports.

Analysis:

With Joakim Noah (hamstring) nursing an injury, O'Quinn will step in to make the start. It's expected that Noah will be ready to go for the start of the regular season, but the veteran has had much difficulty staying healthy the last few years, which should open up a handful of starts for O'Quinn over the course of the campaign. Willy Hernangomez is also slated to see extra minutes Tuesday with Noah unavailable.
