Trail Blazers' Festus Ezeli: Does individual work Tuesday

Ezeli (knee) did some individual shooting on the side of Tuesday's practice, Jason Quick of CSN Northwest reports.

Analysis:

Ezeli recently indicated that he no longer has a concrete timetable for a return, thus we still have no idea how long his current absence will drag on. He was able to do some solo work on the side of Tuesday's practice, but remains out of team drills as he continues to rehab his knee injury. Ezeli is expected to open the season as starting center Mason Plumlee's direct backup, but it's yet to be announced whether we'll get to see Ezeli once the preseason schedule begins.
