Magic's C.J. Wilcox: Cleared for full-contact drills

Wilcox (finger/hand) has officially been cleared for full-contact drills to start training camp, Josh Robbins of the Orlando Sentinel reports.

Analysis:

It was originally unclear if Wilcox would be a full participant for the start of training camp, but after undergoing an X-ray on Monday, he's been given the go-ahead to practice with the Magic. Wilcox, who was acquired from the Clippers in July, is only expected to play a minor bench role this season if he's able to make the Magic roster out of training camp.
