Suns sign Bakumanya, Cooke, Harrison, Jones

PHOENIX (AP) The Phoenix Suns signed center Gracin Bakumanya, forward Derek Cooke Jr., guard Shaquille Harrison and forward Derrick Jones Jr. on Sunday, bringing their roster to 19 players.

The 6-foot-11 Bakumanya went undrafted as an international early entry candidate. From the Congo, the 19-year-old center played in France last season.

The 6-9 Cooke spent last season with the Suns' NBA D League affiliate in Bakersfield, California, averaging 4.8 points and 7.0 rebounds in 47 games. He played at Wyoming.

The 6-4 Harrison went undrafted after four seasons at Tulsa. A starter in all 133 games in his four years, he averaged 11.1 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.8 steals for his career. As a senior, he averaged career highs of 15.1 points, 5.5 rebounds and 4.1 assists.

The 6-7 Jones was undrafted after averaging 11.5 points and 4.5 rebounds in 30 games as a freshman at UNLV.
