Horry on teammates: Duncan boring, Olajuwon the best

After spending the last five years of his career with the San Antonio Spurs, Robert Horry knows Tim Duncan about as well as anyone in the NBA.

And while Horry certainly admired Duncan's abilities on the court, the 46-year-old was apparently less of a fan of his personality, calling the two-time MVP "boring" in an interview with Jesus Perez Ramos of mundodeportivo.com.

Horry may have found Duncan a little dull, but the seven-time champion still considers him one of the greatest he's ever played with, telling Perez he'd put him in his starting five of former teammates - a group that includes Shaquille O'Neal. However, even after winning multiple titles with both Duncan and Shaq during the 2000s, he doesn't believe either is the best big man he's ever played with, giving that honor to former Rockets teammate Hakeem Olajuwon.

"'The Dream' was the best," Horry said, as translated by NBC Sports' Kurt Helin. "He had everything they had, the other two, but also more. For example, 'The Dream' could do everything (Shaq did), but also got free throws. And the truth is that the other two learned from Olajuwon, who was the best center and the best 'power forward' in history. What defines these bigs is not what they could do but what they could not do. And 'The Dream' could do everything."
