The Oklahoma City Thunder have finalized a two-year, $5-million guaranteed contract with unrestricted free agent Ronnie Price, league sources told The Vertical's Shams Charania.

It was originally reported by Basketball Insiders' Eric Pincus on July 31 that Price agreed to a two-year deal with the Thunder, although financial terms weren't disclosed.

The 33-year-old veteran was a member of the Phoenix Suns during the 2015-16 regular season, averaging 5.3 points and 2.4 assists on 38.4 percent shooting.

The Thunder will be Price's seventh team of his 11-year playing career, having already suited up for Phoenix twice, the Sacramento Kings, Utah Jazz, Portland Trail Blazers, Orlando Magic, and Los Angeles Lakers.

During a summer in which four-time scoring champion Kevin Durant bolted to the Golden State Warriors and Dion Waiters headed to South Beach to join the Heat, signing a player like Price won't exactly move the needle in any direction for the Thunder. He can be a valuable presence in the locker room, but that's about it, as Price has never averaged higher than six points or four assists for an entire season.

He'll likely be third on the depth chart at point guard behind Cameron Payne, who will be spotting All-Star Russell Westbrook.
