Since a kick-filled postseason that eventually saw Draymond Green suspended for a series-turning Game 5 of the NBA Finals, the All-NBA forward has remained in the spotlight, and not usually for the right reasons.

His head coach doesn't seem phased by it.

"With Draymond, he's obviously the one guy that sort of walks the line, tows the line," Steve Kerr told ESPN Radio on Sunday.

This offseason, Green, who is representing the U.S. in Rio, has already accepted a plea deal to settle a misdemeanor assault-and-battery charge, and has inadvertently shared a photo of his penis on Snapchat.

"The thing with Draymond, and I learned this from Tom Izzo when I took the job. I called coach Izzo and said 'tell me all about Draymond.' He said 'Draymond is going to make you pull your hair out sometimes, but he's such a great guy and such a team guy, and he's got such a huge heart that he's always going to come back around,'" Kerr said. "He said, 'The big thing with Draymond is just challenge him and be up front with him, and don't be afraid to yell at him.' And that's the way we've kind of approached it."

"Every once in a while there's a hiccup and we address it, and he always gets back on track."

Given the increased attention expected to follow the record-setting Warriors next season, Kerr and company are likely hoping Green remains on track from here on out.
