The Los Angeles Clippers have signed veteran guard Alan Anderson, the team announced on Wednesday.

Anderson will earn the veteran's minimum of $1.5 million next season, The Los Angeles Times' Brad Turner reports.

Hampered by injuries, Anderson appeared in just 13 games for the Washington Wizards in 2015-16, averaging 5.0 points, and 2.1 rebounds on 35.6 percent shooting.

For his career, Anderson has been a dependable scoring option off the bench, and will give head coach Doc Rivers another quality wing player at his disposal.
