The New York Knicks have signed guard J.P. Tokoto to an undisclosed contract, team president Phil Jackson announced Tuesday.

It's likely a partially guaranteed training camp deal, according to ESPN's Ian Begley.

Tokoto was drafted 58th overall last year by the Philadelphia 76ers, who traded the former UNC Tar Heel's rights to the Thunder after training camp.

While the 22-year-old hasn't played in an NBA game, he suited up most recently in Summer League. He also saw the floor in 46 contests for Oklahoma City's D-League affiliate in 2015-16, averaging 11.1 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 1.5 steals in 26.6 minute per outing.
