The Toronto Raptors announced Monday that point guard Delon Wright underwent arthroscopic surgery on his right shoulder.

He is expected to miss at least four months.

Wright, the 20th pick in 2015 out of the University of Utah, sustained the injury while playing at the Las Vegas Summer League in July. He was diagnosed with a dislocated shoulder in the Raptors' final game of the tournament.

The 24-year-old played sparingly in his rookie year, averaging 3.8 points, 1.4 rebounds, and 1.1 assists in 8.5 minutes per game. He's slated to be the Raptors' third-string point guard behind starter Kyle Lowry and backup Cory Joseph.
