The Oklahoma City Thunder have seemingly found a third point guard to play behind All-Star Russell Westbrook and Cameron Payne in the rotation.

Ronnie Price, 33, will reportedly sign a two-year contract with the franchise, according to Basketball Insiders' Eric Pincus.

This would be Price's seventh team since going undrafted in 2005. He's competed for the Sacramento Kings, Utah Jazz, Portland Trail Blazers, Orlando Magic, Los Angeles Lakers, and had two stints with the Phoenix Suns.

He played 62 games in a Suns uniform during the 2015-16 campaign, averaging 5.3 points and 2.4 assists on 38.4 percent shooting.

During a summer in which four-time scoring champion Kevin Durant bolted to the Golden State Warriors and Dion Waiters headed to South Beach, signing a veteran like Price won't exactly move the needle in any direction for the Thunder. He can be a valuable presence in the locker room, but that's about it, as Price has never averaged higher than six points or four assists for an entire season.

With Westbrook, Andre Roberson, and Victor Oladipo sharing minutes in the backcourt, along with Payne, Anthony Morrow, and Alex Abrines being in the picture, it's doubtful Price will have a consistent role under head coach Billy Donovan barring any sort of injury to the aforementioned names.
