Bucks' Malcolm Brogdon: Plays well in summer league debut

Brogdon appeared in five Las Vegas Summer League contests for the Bucks and averaged 10.2 points, 5.0 rebounds and 4.4 assists in 31.4 minutes per game.

Analysis:

The Bucks put their second-round draft pick to work right away, giving him some extended run at point guard even though he played primarily on the wing during his college career at Virginia. After shooting the ball well in the first three games, Brogdon collapsed over his final two appearances, going a collective 4-for-27 from the floor. Even so, Brogdon exhibited plenty of positives by rebounding well and turning the ball over just three times, showing an ability to make an impact even when his shot isn't falling. Brogdon has a legitimate chance to open the season in a rotation role if he's able to outplay Rashad Vaughn and Tyler Ennis in training camp.
