It was only for a short two-minute span, but for the first time since agreeing to sign with the 73-win Golden State Warriors near the start of free agency, Kevin Durant was on the floor in an actual game with his new teammates in Draymond Green and Klay Thompson for the U.S. men's Olympic team.

The seven-time NBA All-Star was completely oblivious to that fact.

"I didn't really notice. I was just lost in the game," Durant said following his team's convincing 111-74 victory over Argentina on Friday, according to ESPN's Brian Windhorst. "We didn't really talk about it."

"All I saw was USA across the chest. When you're playing out there with players who know how to play the game of basketball, it just makes it so easy for you."

Durant led all scorers with 23 points on 7-of-12 shooting in just 20 minutes of action in the first of five exhibition games for the U.S. squad before they head to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to defend their Olympic gold.

Draymond Green, who had three points and three rebounds coming off the bench, also didn't pay much attention to three members of Golden State's new star-studded quartet sharing the hardwood.

"When you're out there right now, you don't even think about the fact that we're teammates," Green said. "We're all teammates right now. Honestly, if you want me to be quite frank with you, I didn't even notice me, Klay, and KD were out there together."

Thompson contributed nine points in the starting backcourt, as well.

Team USA will take on China at Staples Center on Sunday.
