Warriors' Draymond Green: Reaches plea deal

Green reached a plea deal Friday related to his arrest on assault charges in Michigan earlier this month, ESPN.com reports.

Analysis:

Green's agreement will require him to pay a $560 fine, and his assault and battery charge will both be expunged from his record. The All-Star forward was accused July 10 of striking a man at a restaurant in East Lansing, Mich., where Green attended college at Michigan State. Now that his case is closed, Green will be able to fully focus on playing for Team USA during the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
