76ers' Jerami Grant: Performs well in two summer league games

Grant concluded his two game Utah Summer League stint with 10.0 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.0 assists per game.

Analysis:

Grant emerged as one of Philadelphia's most dependable offensive assets last season. His shortened summer league appearance likely indicates that Philadelphia knows he has little to prove at that level. Grant is one year removed from averaging 9.7 points and 4.7 rebounds per contest with the 76ers. Last season, Philadelphia possessed 10 players who each netted eight or more points per game. When you factor Ben Simmons into that equation it generates the notion that something has to give. Grant has proven he can succeed at the professional level, but with a clustered rotation only time will tell if his production takes a backseat.
