76ers' Jahlil Okafor: Will be limited to non-contact drills

Okafor (knee) will be limited to non-contact activity while he trains with the U.S. Olympic basketball team in Las Vegas this week, Keith Pompey of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Analysis:

Okafor was cleared last week to resume basketball-related activities, but since he has yet to participate in 5-on-5 drills, it appears the big man will act cautiously and hold himself out of full-contact work. He'll use the week in Las Vegas to work on his conditioning while learning more about the game alongside some of the world's top players. Look for Okafor to be a full participant for the 76ers when training camp opens in the fall.
