Devyn Marble's career with the Los Angeles Clippers has ended as quickly as it began.
To avoid paying him, the Clippers have decided to waive the 6-foot-6 shooting guard after officially acquiring the him earlier on Friday, sources tell Dan Woike of the Orange County Register.
In 44 career games, Marble has averaged just 2.2 points, 1.6 rebounds, and 0.7 assists, failing to crack the rotation during two seasons with the Orlando Magic.
With Marble off the books, the Clippers have opened up a roster spot that could be used on a veteran bench player.
