The Los Angeles Clippers have agreed to terms with unrestricted free-agent point guard Raymond Felton on a one-year deal for the veteran's minimum, ESPN reports.

Felton played 80 games last season for the Dallas Mavericks, his most since the 2009-10 season. The 32-year-old averaged 9.5 points and 3.2 assists in 27.4 minutes.

While it's difficult to envision the signing as nothing more than the addition of a third point guard, the Clippers could be active on the trade market, with rumors swirling about Blake Griffin being on the block.

The Clippers earlier retained guards Jamal Crawford and Austin Rivers.
