Mason Plumlee speaks at camp after meeting director at Bagel Factory

Roi Lush directs a basketball camp called Sky High in Pennsylvania. Every year, he tries to find a guest speaker to talk to the children, but he hadn't had any luck this time around.

His fortune changed when he went to The Bagel Factory and saw Mason Plumlee having breakfast.

Lush told the Portland Trail Blazers big man about his predicament, and Plumlee said he might be able to swing by after his yoga class.

Sure enough, he showed up.

"Absolutely made the kids' day," Lush wrote on Instagram. "He spoke for about 20 minutes about the importance of academics as well as hard work to achieve anything in life. He also took about 15 questions.

"Days like this is why I love doing everything I do. For those kids, it's an experience they will never forget! It says a lot about Mason that he would take time out of his day to come do something like that out of the kindness of his heart."
