Spurs won't match Pistons' offer sheet for Boban Marjanovic

The San Antonio Spurs won't match the three-year, $21-million offer sheet the Detroit Pistons presented to Boban Marjanovic, a source told David Mayo of MLive.com.

The center played limited minutes for the Spurs as a 27-year-old rookie, but posted a stellar player efficiency rating of 27.7.

Boban would slot in behind newly re-signed center Andre Drummond, likely splitting minutes with another Spurs castoff in Aron Baynes.

At three years and $21 million, it would be a nice payday for the three-time Serbian Super League MVP, and an affordable deal for an improving Pistons team.
