The Portland Trail Blazers have agreed to a four-year, $41-million contract with restricted free agent Meyers Leonard, league sources tell The Vertical's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Leonard enjoyed his best season as a pro in 2015-16, averaging career-highs in points (8.4), rebounds (5.1), and assists (1.5), while shooting 44.8 percent from the field and 37.7 percent from deep. The 24-year-old saw his season cut short after suffering a dislocated shoulder in mid-March.

Leonard will split time with Ed Davis, Mason Plumlee and the recently added Festus Ezeli in Portland's frontcourt next season, and should remain a quality scoring option for the Blazers off the bench.
