The New Orleans Pelicans have agreed to a two-year, $4.1-million contract with restricted free agent Tim Frazier, league sources tell The Vertical's Shams Charania.

Frazier split time with the Portland Trail Blazers and Pelicans this past season, averaging 5.1 points and 3.2 assists in 51 games. However, the 25-year-old fared much better in a larger role with the Pelicans, averaging 13.1 points, 7.5 assists, and 4.4 rebounds in 29.3 minutes.

New Orleans has worked hard to revamp their backcourt this offseason, adding Langston Galloway, E'Twaun Moore, and rookie Buddy Hield in addition to Frazier.
