The Orlando Magic have officially signed free-agent center Bismack Biyombo, the team announced Thursday. The Magic did not disclose terms of the deal, but reports have claimed the 23-year-old will receive $72 million over four years.

Biyombo averaged 5.5 points, eight rebounds, and 1.6 blocks last season, becoming a key component of the Toronto Raptors' playoff run.

"Bismack (Biyombo) is a tremendous competitor and athlete who excels on the defensive end of the floor," Magic general manager Rob Hennigan stated in a press release. "He proved during the playoffs that he can rebound and protect the rim at an elite level, and he will bring toughness and winning fiber to our frontcourt. We are confident that his best basketball is ahead of him and we're extremely excited to welcome him to the Orlando Magic family."

Biyombo joins Nik Vucevic, Serge Ibaka, and Aaron Gordon in a suddenly crowded Magic frontcourt.
